Abhishek Bhave took a non-traditional route to the field of mental health. Being closely associated and having worked with psychologists and mental health organizations afforded him an insider perspective in the field. His fondness for connecting with and learning from new people led to an increased regard for this profession. Abhishek has acquired a Master's in Business Administration (Welingkar Institute of Management, Development and Research) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology. He is currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Modern College, Pune. After years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Abhishek decided to use his business acumen for the mental health field that he deeply cared about. Thus, a mental health solutions venture was established with a vision to make these services accessible across all sections of the society.

Mugdha Shivapurkar is a Psychologist with a penchant for arts. She has completed her foundation level certification in Therapeutic value of Arts & Dance Movement Therapy. In her initial professional years, she practiced multiple psychotherapies and closely studied the current scenario of mental healthcare. Having served and trained many clients in corporate, education and individual counselling fields over the years using Creative Arts Therapy she observed the dearth of enterprises offering such services to the society. Her goal is to create a one-stop provider of a variety of mental health services that strives to educate people to remove the stigma around mental illness.​ Testimony to her eclectic interests, she is also a certified practitioner of Adlerian Therapy, Drum Circle facilitation, and Bach Flower Therapy.
